1dHardware and software components of which the computerised system consists, together with a brief description of what it does and of its main functionalities

The “Siana by Spalopia – Módulo Punto de Venta (PDV)” (Point of Sale module) system is a module belonging to the Siana SaaS, which is cloud software for the operational management of spas, wellness centres and thermal spas.

The Point of Sale module makes it possible to carry out direct over-the-counter sales, associate them with customers or bookings, issue receipts and full invoices, handle multiple payment methods (cash, card, session packs, gift cards, etc.) and keep track of the till and cash-ups.

The module incorporates control mechanisms that prevent the subsequent alteration of the invoicing records, as well as event logging and invoice chaining functionalities, in accordance with Article 29.2.j) of the Spanish General Tax Law (Ley General Tributaria), Royal Decree 1007/2023 and Order HAC/1177/2024.

The system is ready to operate in VERI*FACTU mode (the Spanish Tax Agency's verifiable invoicing system), including the generation of the invoice identifier and the ability to send the data to the Spanish State Tax Administration Agency (Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria, AEAT), in accordance with the technical specifications published by that administration.

2cCompliance with the technical and functional specifications

The computerised system to which this responsible declaration refers complies with the various technical and functional specifications contained in Order HAC/1177/2024 of 17 October, and in the electronic office of the Spanish State Tax Administration Agency for everything that supplements the specifications of said order, as follows:

In certain configurations, the computerised system can operate in non-Verifactu mode when it is integrated with an external management system (PMS), to which the sales data are sent through an automatic interface.

In these cases, the system generates delivery notes or proofs of delivery, but does not issue invoices or payment receipts, since invoicing is carried out exclusively from the receiving PMS, which is responsible for its tax compliance.

This mode is only possible when integration with an authorised third-party system has been expressly enabled, and it is limited to contexts in which Spalopia does not act as the invoice-issuing system.
