We create an API user with the email address you give us. You set its password from the back office and use it to get a session token, which goes with every call in the Authorization header.
Yes. Every booking created through the API goes into the schedule just like one made at reception. You can create it as confirmed or pending payment, confirm it later, cancel it or flag that payment is in progress.
You decide for each booking: Siana can send the confirmation to the customer, or you can send it from your own channel.
Yes. The API organises the offering by channels and groups of properties, so a chain or a distribution platform can query each property and book at whichever one the customer chooses.
